There are few observers for this shift. A member of the NPRA Hospital Committee thinks that guards perpetrated another prisoner's seizure the other day.

Guards were withheld from duty for an unknown reason. Several inmates reported unlocked doors that they believed were a trap to set up an "escape".

Prisoners suspect that guards are being lenient as a set up to encourage prisoners to make escape attempts. The prisoners working in the kitchen have not been paid since November, and there is generally not enough work for everyone.
