Some prisoners are apprehensive of an imminent shakedown. Still, they have the prison under control and are doing well at organizing programming.

Prisoners express that they want to take responsibility for the prison. The shops need better equipment, and food is poor. Prisoners generally feel that guards have stayed in their sadistic ways and the the present prison system is too stiff.
